Algebra Tutoring

 Algebra is the foundation of higher-level math, and building a strong understanding early on is key to long-term success. Whether your student is just beginning Algebra 1 or reviewing core concepts in Algebra 2, I offer personalized tutoring to help them feel confident and capable. My approach focuses on clear explanations, real-world applications, and guided practice to develop both skills and problem-solving strategies.

In our sessions, we’ll cover essential topics such as variables and expressions, linear equations and inequalities, graphing, systems of equations, polynomials, factoring, and quadratic functions. As students progress, we also explore rational expressions, radicals, and word problems to build depth and flexibility in thinking. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s pace and goals—whether it's catching up, getting ahead, or preparing for quizzes, exams, or standardized tests.

My goal is to make Algebra less intimidating and more engaging. By reinforcing core concepts and filling in any learning gaps, students gain the tools they need not just to pass their current class, but to thrive in future math courses like Geometry, Precalculus, and beyond.
